We are pleased to announce that following the successful release of the WorldCover 2020 map, the European Space Agency (ESA) decided to extend the WorldCover project.

Two years after its kick-off the ESA WorldCover consortium is pleased to release the 10 m WorldCover map, a new global baseline land cover product for 2020 based on Sentinel 1 and Sentinel 2 data.
